Campbellsville University Nursing Education program is accredited by ACEN (Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing). ACEN is recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDE) as a specialized accrediting agency for nursing education programs located in the United States and its territories. The ACEN is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) for nursing education programs in the United States and its territories as well as for international nursing education programs.
Campbellsville University School of Nursing Associate Degree Nursing Program (Campbellsville Location) has been granted Approved Status by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. Campbellsville University School of Nursing Associate Degree Nursing Program (Harrodsburg Location) has been granted Approved Status by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. The Campbellsville University School of Nursing Practical Nursing Program (Campbellsville Location) has been granted Approved Status by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. The Campbellsville University School of Nursing Practical Nursing Program (Harrodsburg Location) has been granted Approved Status by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Program Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) track has been granted Approved Status by the Kentucky Board of Nursing.
Campbellsville University's Master of Marriage and Family Therapy program is accredited by COAMFTE (Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education). COAMFTE is committed to developing standards based on the involvement and perspectives of multiple Communities of Interests, and in doing so, promoting educational standards endorsed by the Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) profession. To that end, accreditation standards are based on the guiding principles of the COAMFTE Accreditation Standards.
Campbellsville's music program is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music (NASM).
The teacher preparation program is approved by the Education Professional Standards Board (EPSB) for teacher education and certification and is accredited by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP). The NASDTEC Interstate Contract provides opportunity for graduates to earn teaching certificates in other states, although there may be applicable conditions.
The Baccalaureate Social Work and Masters of Social Work programs are accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
Business programs are accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE).

Campbellsville University is committed to treating all students fairly and respectfully.
When a student encounters a problem on campus or feels she/he has been treated unfairly,
the student should first try to resolve the issue informally with the faculty/staff
member or department directly involved. Many issues can be resolved if a student makes
an appointment with a faculty or staff member and
calmly and honestly communicates their concerns.
If a student is not satisfied after working informally to resolve the complaint, the student may use this website to file a formal complaint with the appropriate Dean or Vice President. Formal complaints through this website are automatically tagged with the CU-ID used to login to this site's online form. This ensures that the complaint is clearly attributable to the student.

The Health Insuarnace Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) affords a student protection of patient health information when being seen by a counselor at the CU Well Counseling Center. This policy is provided to new patients when completing intake paperwork, and is available upon request.

The Annual Fire Safety and Crime Statistics Report includes the institution's drug/alcohol policy. The annual report also provides information about alcohol and other drug health risks, drug alcohol laws and penalties, and campus alcohol and other drug education and counseling resources.
The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA)
The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) Survey is an annual report submitted by coeducational institutions that participate in Title IV (the federal student financial aid program) and have an intercollegiate athletic program. The report overviews institutional participation rates and financial data, summarizing the institution's commitment to providing equitable opportunities for students who participate on women and men's intercollegiate athletics teams.
The data submitted to the United States Department of Education (DOE) for the annual EADA can be accessed at the following site: http://ope.ed.gov/athletics.
Institutions are required to make this report available to campus community members including students, prospective students and the public by October 15 each year in order to comply with DOE regulations. Transfer of Credit and Written Articulation Agreements

Transfer of credit policies and articulation agreements are published in the 2023-24 University Catalog. The transfer credit policy is found HERE in the Undergraduate Catalog. Our legal studies program has a 3-and-3 agreement with The Chase School of Law located at Northern Kentucky University. Additionally, the film major has an agreement with the Los Angeles Film Studies Center for students to complete one semester at this center. Also, the Medical Technology program has a partnership with the Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.

Campbellsville University provides educational plans for all individuals who are using Federal military and veterans' education benefits. The educational plan includes specific information about degree requirements to include the total number of credits needed for graduation as well as the specific general education, major, minor and elective hours that are required for graduation. Campbellsville University completes an evaluation of previous coursework from other regionally accredited institutions and relevant military training.
